Chris and Jody met six years ago at The Bulldog, a local bar in Baton Rouge. Jody had just returned from studying abroad and was starting her senior year of college, and Chris was at the start of his career.

From the very beginning, Chris and Jody became each other’s biggest supporters. Chris stood by Jody through the highs and lows of law school, while Jody cheered Chris on through late nights and long hours at work. Over the years, Chris and Jody have grown side by side.

Jody is currently an associate attorney at Pujol Irwin, LLC while Chris is a Distribution Manger at Capitol City Produce.

Chris and Jody love traveling and experiencing new things together, whether it’s exploring new cities, trying every new and delicious food spot they can find, or spending cozy nights in with their precious dog, Coco.

Chris proposed to Jody on March 5, 2025 during a vacation to the British Virgin Islands.

Now, they are ready for their next chapter and can’t wait to celebrate this special moment with the people who mean the most to them.
